The Leola Athletic Association was founded in 1978 to help fund a summer sports programs for the kids and teenagers of Leola. During the summer they sponsor T-Ball for girls and boys, ages 4-7, Pee-Wee boy's baseball, ages 7-12, Midgets boys ages 12-15 and girls softball ages 7-12. Funds are raised with raffles and concessions on games nights.
