Alcohol Charges & Fees For Licenses
License to Extend Bar Hours for One Hour - Daily Charge $10.00
Yearly Charge for weekends $520.00
1 Day License - for Sunday Sale -- $15.00
Yearly Licenses for on/Sale Liquor are $150.00 - Monies all stay local.

Yearly Licenses for off/Sale Liquor are $150.00 - Monies all stay local.
Yearly Malt Beverage on/off Sales are $300.00 with ½ to Dept. of Revenue & ½ stays local.

Dog Licenses
$10.00 per year for each neutered/spayed dog.
$15.00 per year for each dog not neutered/spayed.
All Dogs must be licensed once a year old. All licenses expire on December 31st of each year or last day the office
is open for business for the year. A $10.00 late fee is imposed on all dogs licensed after December
31st. A $200 late fee per dog is imposed as of February 1 the following year.
Proof of distemper & rabies shots have to be shown before license tags are issued. No household
can be issued a license for more that 2 dogs unless entity receives a permit from the City authorizing said
person, firm, or entity to engage in the business of raising dogs for resale. A permit shall only be granted by the
City upon showing that such business will not create excessive noise, odors, or detriment to the
community and it is unlawful for any person, firm, or entity to possess any dogs predominately breeds for fighting, unless trained for the ADA assistance. The type of dog restricted herein consists of the following breeds: Bull Mastiff, German Shepherd, Doberman Pincher, Rottweiler or any other dog mixtures of fighting breeds. ( See Ordinance 7-6)
